Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that due to some personal difficulty, reply could not be filed. Let the same be filed by the next date, failing which no further opportunity shall be granted.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the personal belongings of the appellant were thrown out of the house and the same were not protected by the bank, therefore, most of the items have been stolen, which can be got verified by appointing Advocate Commissioner. The said matter will be considered on the next date.
