As per office report dated 13.02.2023, the order dated 09.08.2021 passed by this Tribunal regarding pre-deposit has not been complied with. The said report further shows that no affidavit of service has been filed to authenticate the service of notice upon the respondent nos. 2 to 6. Let the same be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall supply the copy of memo to the counsel for the respondent-Bank today itself, who may file reply by the next date.
