State Bank of India Vs. Nischal Jain & Ors.
Present: Shri P. K. Gupta, counsel for the applicant, Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the order dated 29.11.2022, by which the appeal was disposed off, it has been mentioned that “he has no objection to pay the amount to the auction purchaser”, which is objectionable to the Bank, therefore, it is prayed that the said sentence may be deleted from the said order.
Ordered accordingly.
This order shall be read conjointly with the order dated 29.11.2022 passed by this Tribunal.
In view of the above, the M.A. No. 49/2022 stands disposed off.
