Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank states that copy of the memo of appeal has not been served upon him. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the copy of memo has already been given to the learned counsel for the Bank. However, he undertakes to serve again the same to the counsel for the respondent-Bank within a week.
Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to file affidavit with regard to the service of notice upon the other respondents by the next date.
