Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 111/2023, wherein it has been stated that in view of the order of the ADM, Agra dated 16.01.2023, notice for taking over the physical possession of the property in question has been given to the applicant, in which it is stated that the possession will be taken on 15.02.2023. The present appeal is listed on 26.04.2023, thus the present urgency application.
For the reason stated in the urgency application, the same is allowed and the date already fixed for 26.04.2023 is preponed to 15.02.2023.
