Heard the Learned Counsel for the Appellant and perused the record. This is an appeal filed by the Appellant against an order dated 11^th July, 2023 passed by DRT Visakhapatnam dismissing the MA No. 31 of 2019. On filing of the Appeal Registry reported that there is a deficiency of Court fee of Rs.29,750/-. Till date deficiency is not made good. In stead of making good the deficiency of Court fee, Application being I.A. No. 386 of 2023 is filed by the Appellant on the prayer that the Registrar be directed to register the Appeal without payment of the deficit Court fee of Rs.29,750/-. When the matter is taken up today, Mr. S. Basu Dasgupta, Learned Counsel argued the matter at length. When certain queries are raised and he found that he could not get a favourable order, he made a prayer for adjournment on the ground that some other Counsel Mr. K.
