Ld. Advocate S. Dasgupta appeared for Advocate on Record Mr. P. Nanda Kishore on behalf of the Appellant and prays to place the IA/386/2023 in respect of deficit court fee of Rs.29,750/- before the Hon’ble Chairperson as the IA is yet to be disposed of.
Vide order dated 17/10/2023 passed by Hon’ble Chairperson appellants should remove the defects as reported by the registry. However, Appellant is yet to remove the defect regarding deficit court fee as mentioned in the Registry Bench order dated 08/09/2023.
