Learned Advocate Mr. K. Venugopal Rao for appellant submits, in respect of removal of defect No. (i) to (iv) mentioned in the registry bench order dated 08/09/2023are as under.
Defect(i): The instant case is filed against an Interlocutory Application in OA No. 60 of 2017 in DRT Visakhapatnam,hence appeal fee of Rs.250/- is applicable in the case. Ld. Advocate also files an application being I.A. No. 386 of 2023 u/s 20 of EDB Act, 1993 with a request to direct Registrar to register the appeal without the deficit court fee of Rs.29,750/-.
Defect (ii) & (iii):Two duplicate copies of Volume I & II separately are filed today by the Ld. Advocate.
