In respect of defect No.(i), Ld. Advocate has completed his signature in page No. 2 in volume I of memorandum of appeal.
In respect of defect No. (ii) Ld. Advocate for Appellant submits that as Appellant No. 1 Sri G. ChenchuDayakar Reddy was a party in S.A. No. 222 of 2017 of the impugned order dated 03/08/2020 passed by DRT, Visakhapatnam hasalready been expired, his name may be deleted with the leave of Hon’ble Chairperson.
In respect of defect No. (iii) & (iv) Ld. Advocate has filed fresh Paper Book of Volume I containing page 1 to 13 removing the defects.
