THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the parties submits that the matter is pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court which arises out of judgment of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. It is further submitted that some mediator is appointed for reconciliation of the matter between the parties. Appellants have not filed any rejoinder.
