THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
An application is moved by the intervenor who alleged himself to be the auction purchaser for impleadment as a party to the proceedings. Copy is served upon the parties. Objection if any, be filed within two weeks with copy to the Applicant who may file the rejoinder within one week thereafter.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant prays for time to file the rejoinder against the opposition filed by the Respondent. He may file the same within three weeks.
