THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that proposal for settlement is being made with the respondent bank. It is further submitted that some time may be granted to file a fresh affidavit showing the payments made by the appellant which are also admitted by the bank in its opposition filed in Appeal No. 62 of 2018.
List on 13.06.2023.
In the meantime respondents should also seek instruction regarding settlement as well as deposits made by the appellant.
