THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
This part-heard matter is taken up for hearing today in the revised list. It is submitted that learned senior Advocate Mr. Jishnu Saha is busy before the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta. In such circumstances, the matter may be adjourned.
It is a part-heard matter wherein on 16.03.2023 hearing was closed and matter was fixed for judgement. Thereafter, on the application of the respondent again the matter was listed for hearing of arguments. So many opportunities were allowed to the respondents, but arguments are not concluded. However, since adjournment is sought on the ground of engagement of learned senior Advocate in some other Court, although it is not good ground for adjournment, but the matter is adjourned to 29.03.2023 for further hearing.
