THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. 33 of 2023 is filed by the appellant u/s 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal against the impugned order dated 08.09.2022. Whereas appeal was preferred on 19.01.2023. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that appeal could not be preferred within time due to unavoidable circumstances. Learned counsel for the respondent opposes the prayer.
