Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as per demand of the respondent-Bank, the entire amount due has been paid, therefore, the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn with direction upon the Bank to return the original title deed etc. to the appellant.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that there is agreement between the parties that, unless the entire dues even pertaining to the other account are liquidated, no document/title deed etc. will be returned to the appellant, as some more amount pertaining to other account is still to be recovered.
