Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 95/2023, wherein it has been stated that the applicant is ready to deposit total outstanding dues within two months from the date of disclosure of the actual amount provided by the Bank.
Let the appellant file proof of deposit as per direction of this Tribunal dated 04.11.2022. No good ground is made out in the urgency application for expediting the matter. Accordingly, the urgency application being I.A. No. 95/2023 is rejected. Let the case be listed on the date already fixed for 31.03.2023.
