Notices are served upon the substituted legal representatives through publication but none is present. Accordingly, substituted application, being I.A. 458 of 2021, is allowed.
Substitution be carried out within a week; thereafter fresh notices be issued to the substituted legal representatives of the deceased Respondent and Affidavitof-service to that effect be filed within a week thereafter.
