THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard learned counsel for the auction purchaser as well as appellant bank.
Perused the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta in WPA No. 96 of 2021 wherein Hon’ble High Court has requested to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible. Learned counsel for the auction purchaser has explained the hardship of the auction purchaser.
List on 10.07.2023 for hearing of appeal as well as I.A. No.373 of 2022. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted.
