THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Perused the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta in W.P.A. 96 of 2021 dated 23rd September, 2021 wherein it was expected from the Tribunal to dispose of the appeal expeditiously preferably with a period of three months.
I.A. 458 of 2021 is an application for substituting the legal heirs of the sole Respondent, Ratan Lal Agarwal, who died on 13th April, 2019.
Notices be issued to the legal heirs and representatives of the deceased, namely, Smt. Kamlesh Devi Agarwal @ Konlesh Devi Agarwal and Amit Agarwal to their respective addresses by speed post as well as registered post immediately.
