Learned counsel for the respondent-Auction Purchaser submits that in Civil Appeal No. 8969 of 2022- M/s Sidha Neelkanth Paper Industries Private Limited & Another Vs. Prudent ARC Limited & Others decided on 05.01.2023 by the Hon’ble Apex Court, the present appellants were also parties, therefore, they are required to deposit 50% of the amount due as per direction of the Hon’ble Apex Court.
Learned counsel for the appellants seeks time to file rejoinder. Let the same be filed by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
