Learned counsel for the appellant contends that certain amount is still to be paid. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submits that the entire amount has already been paid, but If any amount remains to be paid, the appellant-Bank may be directed to submit the details with regard to the said amount to be paid.
Accordingly, the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to submit the calculation sheet showing the outstanding dues after serving copy of the same upon the counsel for the respondent no. 3 by the next date.
