Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the interim order dated 23.12.2022 passed by the DRT, Jabalpur in S.A. No. 156/2020, whereby the direction to deposit Rs. 50.00 lacs within the time specified in the order impugned could not be complied with and the additional prayer has been made to pass the interim order in favour of the appellant.
The aforesaid S.A. is still pending consideration before the Tribunal below. In case the appellant has any grievance with regard to the proceedings as drawn, he may move an appropriate application before the Tribunal below, if so advised. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed off.
