THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 Bank submits that due to his personal reasons, he could not file the objections of I.A. No. 266 of 2022. He may be allowed a week’s time to file the objections.
It appears that this Appeal was preferred by the SARFAESI Applicant in 2014. Auction purchaser moved an application on 10th August, 2022 for refund of his money. Objections were invited. Learned Counsel for the auction purchaser has drawn my attention towards letter written by the Bank dated 20th August, 2015 which shows that since then auction purchaser was having knowledge that some
