THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
In compliance of the order dated 8th September, 2022 the Appellant has not impleaded the intervenor as Respondent.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant prays for a week’s time to implead the intervenor as Respondent. Thereafter, Intervenor may file opposition within three weeks.
In I.A. 266 of 2022 the Intervenor in prayer (b) has prayed for refund of the sale consideration by the Bank. Respondents No. 1 to 6 are directed to file objection, if any, against prayer (b) within three weeks with advance copy to the Intervenor.
