THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. No. 266 of 2022 an application filed by the auction purchaser for impleadment as a party respondent in the present Appeal. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the Applicant is a purchaser whose rights are involved in the matter but Applicants have not been impleaded in the array of parties. Appellant is hereby directed to implead the Applicants as Respondents in the Appeal. Necessary amendment be carried out within a week. Applicants may file the opposition to Appeal if any, within a period of three weeks.
Respondent may also file the opposition to Appeal if any, within a period of three weeks with copy to the Appellant who may file the rejoinder within three weeks thereafter. Learned Counsel for the Appellant may provide the copy of Paper Book to the newly impleaded parties within a week.
