THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
Opposition filed by one Sri Gopal Debnath showing himself to be Respondent No. 4. Record shows that Sri Gopal Debnath is Respondent No. 1 (c). Further, vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 4 is not on record. Rather it was for Respondent No. 3. Hence, this opposition could not be taken on record.
In compliance of the order dated 07.02.2023, Appellant has not filed the affidavit of service.
Appellant is hereby directed to issue notice and file a fresh affidavit of service within two weeks. Respondent may file the opposition within four weeks with copy to the Appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
