THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard the Learned Counsel for the Appellant at length. It is submitted that the Bank had submitted a wrong calculation chart wherein compound interest is calculated while simple interest at the rate of 11.55% was granted by the Learned DRT in O.A. No. 335 of 2017. Learned Counsel for the Appellant prays for and is granted a week’s time to file the calculation chart as per the orders passed by the Learned DRT with a copy to the Bank. Bank should also submit a chart showing the simple interest as ordered by the Learned DRT.

List on 16th February, 2024 for disposal of waiver application. Appellant should submit advance copy of the chart to the Learned Counsel for the Bank. Bank should also serve the advance copy to the Appellant before the next date of listing.
