THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
At the very outset learned counsel for the auction purchaser submits that he has purchased the property in question in public auction, but he has not been impleaded as party respondent in this appeal, who is a necessary party. He submits that property was auctioned in favour of one Akash Rungta.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits he will definitely implead the auction purchaser if details have been provided.
Learned counsel for the auction purchaser is directed to provide details of auction purchaser to the appellant during the course of the day so that appellant may file appropriate application for impleadment of the auction purchaser as party respondent within a week. On filing such application matter be posted for further hearing. Appellant shall serve copy of the appeal to the learned counsel for the auction purchaser.
List on 17.04.2023 for further order.
