Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties. It appears that after the impugned order dated 30^th August, 2021 was passed, some correspondence was made between the parties which is filed in the form of additional evidence. It appears that the evidence is relevant for giving decision of the Appeal. Accordingly, I.A. No. 265 of 2023 is allowed. Additional evidence is taken on record. Learned Counsel for the Appellant did not want to file any material in rebuttal.
