THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
It appears that the compliance of the order dated 2nd March, 2023 is not made by the Appellant. An affidavit of service is filed today wherein notices were served upon the auction purchaser but impleadment application has not been filed today. Learned Counsel for the Appellant prays for and is granted a week’s time and no more time to file the impleadment application.
As far as I.A. No. 442 of 2022 is concerned, objections if any, by the Bank as well as auction purchaser who is being represented by Mr. R. Dutta may be filed within two weeks.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant prays for and is granted a week’s time to file supplementary affidavit in

support of I.A. No. 442 of 2023 with copy to the Respondent Bank. Respondent Bank may file the objections within two weeks thereafter with copy to the Appellant.
List on 28th June, 2023 for disposal of I.A. No. 442 of 2023 and I.A. No. 443 of 2023.
