I.A. No. 212 of 2023 application for impleadment of borrower as well as guarantor as Respondents in compliance of the order dated 13.04.2023. No objection is filed by the Respondents. Accordingly, I.A. No. 212 of 2023 is allowed. Let necessary amendment be carried out within three days. Thereafter, notices be issued to the newly added Respondents. Affidavit of service be filed within three weeks. Newly added Respondents may file the opposition within three weeks thereafter with copy to the Appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
