Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
The present appeal has been filed by the appellant under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the interim order dated 01.02.2023 passed by the DRT, Jabalpur in S.A. no. 1024/2022, whereby the order of the District Magistrate dated 12.09.2022 has been stayed.
After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, this court is of the opinion that the appellant is at liberty to move an appropriate application before the Tribunal below for redressal of its grievance, if so desired.
Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed off.
