Shri Sanjay Kumar Gupta, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present and provides Dates and Events.

Ld. Counsel states that the Appeal and Vakalatnama has been signed by all the appellants hence, Authorization letter is not required. Ld. Counsel has not filed array of the parties before the Tribunal below. In this regards Ld. Counsel states that only those defendants in the O.A. whose prayer for recalling the ex-parte proceedings was rejected by the DRT, are the appellants in the present Appeal. Right of other parties are not going to affect the other parties of the O.A. As regards multiple reliefs Ld. Counsel states that mainly the order dated 09.03.2020 passed in I.A. 156/2020 and impugned order dated 27.11.2019 passed in O.A. 367/2019 are challenged which are consequential.

As regards defect pertaining to Delay, Ld. Counsel states that the same has been explained in detail in Para 4-Limitation, of the Appeal and he will argue the same before Hon’ble Court.

This Appeal has been filed section 20 of the RDB Act against the order dated 09.03.2020 passed in I.A. 156/2020 and impugned order dated 27.11.2019 passed in O.A. 367/2019 of DRT, Dehradun.

List this case before Hon’ble Chairperson on 12.05.2022 for limitation/admission.
