Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Bank draft of Rs. 56.65 lacs is already with him, but the same is going to expire today, therefore, it is prayed that the Bank may be directed to accept the same after its revalidation.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that if the appellant approaches the Bank with revalidated Bank draft within two days then he shall advice the Bank to consider and decide the matter of the appellant within two weeks thereafter, so that the controversy may be resolved between the parties.
In view of the aforesaid, there remains nothing to be adjudicated in the present case, therefore, the appeal is disposed off.
