Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 466/2023, in which it has been mentioned that inspite of order of the status quo, the property has been sold and third party interest has been created, for which contempt application has also been filed. The matter is already fixed for 26.09.2023, which may be preponed.
In view of the above, the urgency application is allowed and the date already fixed for 26.09.2023 is preponed to 18.08.2023.
