The office report dated 06.01.2023 shows that pursuant to the earlier order dated 11.10.2022, the notices were issued but no affidavit of service has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant to authenticate the service of notice upon the respondent nos. 1 to 4 and notice sent to the respondent no. 5 has returned back with endorsement “insufficient address”.
Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 5 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area, where the said respondent resides. The affidavit of service along with tracking report and proof of publication be filed by the next date.
