In the Waiver Application it has been stated appellant has deposited total amount of Rs. 51.00 lakhs with the Bank and that the Bank had recovered Rs. 75.44 lakhs from auction dated 19.05.2022. It has also been stated that the Ld. Counsel states that he will argue this point before Hon’ble Court.
The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against interim order dated 21.07.2022 of DRT, Patna in S.A. No. 113/2020. Waiver Application (I.A. No. 315/2022) has also been filed with the appeal.
