Vide order dated 02.02.2023, the time was granted to the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank to file response to the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant that no further court fee is required to be deposited in view of the judgment reported in 2019(4) ALJ 10. The record shows that inspite of orders dated 10.04.2023 and 03.05.2023, no reply has been filed by the respondent-Bank to the said submission of the learned counsel for the appellant.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank further seeks time to file reply regarding deposit of court fee. Let the same be filed by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
