Laxmi Masala Industries and Ors. Vs. Bank of Baroda The Order dated 29.09.2024, whereby the appellant was directed to deposit deficit court fee of Rs. 29,750/- within 15 days from the date of order has not been complied with. Therefore as per the said order the Present Appeal is treated to have been dismissed for want of court fee.
