Vide earlier order of this Tribunal dated 01.03.2023, the learned counsel for the appellant was granted 10 days’ time to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 2 by paper publication, but the office report dated 18.05.2023 shows that no steps have been taken by the counsel for the appellant. Let the steps be taken by the appellant within 10 days as per order dated 01.03.2023, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
The said report further records that no reply has been filed by the respondent-Bank, which may be filed by the next date.
