Yamuna Sikaria & ors Vs The Federal Bank Ltd.
The Hon’ble Court vide order 01.03.2023, directed the Appellant to deposit 25% of the amount due prior to the next date fixed i.e. 22.05.2023, failing which, the Appeal shall stand dismissed as not maintainable for want of mandatory pre- deposit without further reference to Hon’ble Court.
As per office report dated 19.05.2023, no amount has been deposited by the Appellant till date, as stipulated by the Hon’ble Court.
In view of non compliance of the above order dated 01.03.2023, passed by the Hon’ble Court, the Appeal is treated to have been dismissed.
