In regard to the defect that Stamp of authorized signatory on behalf of institute is not affixed, Ld. Counsel states that the affidavit has been filed by Shri Amit Shukla who is secretary of the respondent No. 1 institute and that the present instant application is under section 17(6) of the SARFAESI Act for issuing direction. Defects reconciled.
The instant Appeal is filed under section 17(6) of the SARFAESI Act for issuing direction to DRT, Lucknow to decide the S.A. No. 537/2022 expeditiously. Urgency Application (I.A. No. 470/2022) and Interim Relief Application (I.A. No. 471/2022) have been filed.
