Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the learned counsel for the appellants does not appear and the present appeal has become infructuous, as it was filed against an interim order, but now the final order has been passed by the Tribunal below on 14.11.2017 in S.A. No. 100/2016, copy of which has been placed on record, therefore, the appeal may be dismissed as having become infructuous.
In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
