Learned counsel for the respondent-bank submits that the property in question has been sold and the entire auction amount has been deposited and the sale certificate has been issued in favour of the auction purchaser. The learned counsel prays for time to file reply. Let the same be filed by the next date.
Issue notice to the respondent no. 4-auction purchaser by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and speed post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
