The record shows that I.A. No. 328/2022 has been filed for expediting the hearing of the present appeal, I.A. No. 120/2022 has been filed for granting the interim relief and the second I.A. No. 329/2022 for granting the interim relief.
In view of the second I.A. No. 329/2022 filed by the appellant, the first I.A. No. 120/2022 has become infructuous, therefore, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Shri Sandeep Arora, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent no. 4-Auction Purchaser. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve the copy of memo upon the counsel for the respondent no. 4 during course of the day, who may file reply by the next date.
