THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
It appears that Respondent has not been served. Learned Counsel submits that Vijaya Bank amalgamates with the Bank of Baroda.
Learned Counsel to carry out necessary amendment in the array of parties in the Registry. Thereafter, fresh notices be sent to the newly added Respondent and file Affidavit-of-service be filed before the next date of listing.
List the matter on 3rd August, 2022 for hearing on waiver application, being I.A. 462 of 2018.
Objection to waiver application, if any, be filed before the next date of listing.
