It appears that order dated 21st September, 2022 has not been complied with by the Appellant.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he would implead the Intervenor as Respondent during course of the day. He also submits that he would supply paper book and Memo of Appeal to the newly added Respondent by tomorrow.
In such circumstances, the newly added Respondent should file opposition within two weeks and no more with advance copy to the Respondents who may file rejoinder within a week thereafter.
