Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the present appeal has been filed against the interim order, which has now merged with the final order of the DRT, Lucknow dated 17.04.2017. Photocopy of the order has produced before the court, which is taken on record. He further submits that the Corporation Bank has now merged with the Union Bank of India.
