Present: Shri V. K. Shukla, counsel for the appellant, None for the Respondent no. 2 & 3,
Perusal of the order dated 02.09.2021 shows that last opportunity was granted to the appellant for taking steps for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 4, 5, 6 & 7 as per earlier order dated 27.02.2019. Office report dated 11.03.2022 reveals that the no steps have been taken by the counsel for the appellant. It appears that the appellant does not want to press any relief against the said respondents, therefore, no steps have been taken even after giving last opportunity.
