Learned counsel for the appellant submits that tracking report is not available, therefore, direction for taking fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondents may be given.
Accordingly, learned counsel for the appellant may take fresh steps for service of notices upon the respondents on the restoration application by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
